We send in the requested papers they needed and 15 days later they approved the claim.
“Aegis policy: Go Ready ChoiceI contacted Aegis in reference to a damaged luggage claim and it has been a complete run-around and they do NOT take responsibilty. They want me to contact the Airline for them to resolve the issue.

“Aegis policy: Go Ready ChoiceI fell and fractured my pelvis in August and had to cancel my trip. Aegis was easy to work with, they sent a claim via email to fill out and then file. I filled out my portion, had the doctor fill out his and filed the claim with Aegis. Within weeks they had responded in the affirmative and ok'd my claim.

One customer rep said they just needed a letter from the ***. Another said we needed the *** to sign their form. We spent many hours and had to visit our primary care physician twice to complete it. I also wish the company had a way to fill out the paperwork online.

“Aegis policy: Go Ready ChoiceProcess worked well once I figured out who to call and get the right policy number. It took longer than I expected to get the final claim approved and a check sent (I think it took 4-6 weeks). Otherwise I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the claim process was.
