Good price and piece of mind.. Since I had no claims I cant actually comment on that part of thier business.

We have filed a claim with April for trip cancellation due to Joaquin storm --We are awaiting their results.

A letter was mailed to me on October 1st to say the claim had been settled and the check would be sent separately. So far as of the 8th, I have not received a check.

All service reps were cordial and efficient.

I would recommend this policy to other travelers.

I only bought trip cancellation coverage. Liked the price, and the one time that I called them they were very helpful.

Needed to increase amount of coverage due to slight change in travel. Took several telephone calls and emails to finally get it done. Poor customer service just trying to increase coverage and give them more money. That scares me about what claim service might look like. I will definitely not use April again.

ATP policy was quick easy to purchase, affordable and coverage was clearly explained . I did get sick on vacation and had to file a claim. It was handled promptly and without any hassle. While I hope never to have to use it again, I will certainly continue to purchase my travel policies from ATP. Peace of mind is priceless.

Promptly and respectfully responded to my questions when I was faced with a cancelled cruise.

Based on past experience with April I chose them again--very competitive and insured all that I needed.

I am waiting for an affidavit to sign stating that I will not use any of the miles since I cancelled the trip. This could have been made clear to me a lot sooner.
