So far excellent. I spoke to an agent who immediately sent me a claim and explained the policy. I like that the medical is primary and will always use a policy that is the primary insurer. Last time as secondary I had to get denial from Medicare and supplemental MC before even applying for reimbursement. It took months.

I called about a possible claim. And did not get anything but grief over my questions. I would have felt better about the process if the girl on the phone would have talked tome. All she did was read the policy. Over and over. She was no help in telling me how to proceed.

I spoke with Johana who made me comfortable with decision to choose the policy. Everything was really simple, and thankfully didn't have need for any emergency services.

Great price for a coverage without a specific reason.
