The paperwork for a claim was a bit confusing but their response was swifter than promised and they paid us quickly.

I ord ered this so long ago I don't recall the details. I don't remember having any problems, but because of the time passage, I rated 3 or fine.

The rental car company-Enterprise-was unbelievably bad and their cost of repair of 350euros was about 300 too much.

I was notified that I would receive claim forms within 24/48 hrs and two weeks later still nothing. It seems everyone went on vacation and my claim request sat stagnet until everyone returned. I should have been notified there would be a delay.

Great policy due to the fact that I could cancel for any reason. Wished it would have covered 100% of the claim because I only had $500 into the trip when I cancelled it.

It took them 6 hours to let me know it was OK to proceed to the emergency department of a hospital that was actually closed.

Service has been abysmal. Still have not received claim form.

I contacted APRIL for their claim forms and am into my second week and still no forms.

Great value and luckily we did not need to file a claim as all went well with our trip.
