    I ordered coverage for two people. You and April issued a policy for myself only, a mistake it took many messages and phone calls to sort out -- and was only sorted on the eve of our lengthy trip abroad.

    We appreciate David taking the time to review our services. David's policy was one of the first ones issued for APRIL Travel Protection on SquareMouth's website. Unfortunately, he helped us discover an IT error that resulted in his companion's policy not being issued.

    That IT error was promptly resolved and we have successfully issued all policies without concern ever since. More importantly, we were able to quickly resolve David's issue within hours of being notified. Meanwhile, we were in contact with David throughout this process both by phone and email.
