    GGA took fantastic care of us when we were injured while traveling in Paris. They quickly evaluated our medical situation and arranged transportation options that got us back home efficiently and comfortably. The GGA team was instrumental in helping to make the best of an unfortunate situation. We’re very glad for their services and we will happily recommend GGA products to our friends and fellow travelers.

    Very helpful. Phone wait excessive. Although I have often purchased travel insurance, this is my first small claim. Will know more once my claim has been responded to. Hard for me to interpret some of policy. Impossible to provide receipt for skycab costs, etc. so don't know if covered---should be as I am disabled and can't travel unless skycab utilized.

    I got Covid in Alaska and we had to cancel most of our trip. Everything went smoothly. I had lots of documents to upload on your on line forms and it was easy. Then I was contacted, asked for something else which I sent. Then I expected to be questioned about the stuff I uploaded and instead received the check for the amount I asked for. Thank you. I will use you again for trip insurance.

    We had a medical issue while traveling. We called for assistance through their telemedicine line, but was told that they could not verify our policy number and could not help us. Called the customer service number the next morning and they verified our information, but were not very helpful In directing us. We were pretty much left on our own to figure out how to proceed and how to get home after our tour group left us mid tour.

    Thus far
    Contacted them for help regarding covid related sickness
    All they offered was to demand that I get covid PCR testing despite being sick as **** and having multiple positive rapid home antigen tests showing covid positivity

    Customer service was lacking when we called From abroad when our luggage was delayed, but in the end we were able to recoup costs spent to replace emergency items.
