    Fantastic customer service. My claim was handled expeditiously and the customer service reporesentive I spoke with was extremely professional. Will definitely use this company for future travel.

    It was not easy to communicate with them, in that everything is online and no humans were readily available to talk to. BUT we are happy they reimbursed us the full amount of our trip! I would say the claim process overall was very satisfactory!

    The 24-hour service while traveling was inadequate. I needed medical advice (part of the service) and was disconnected 3 times. When I finally got through, I was told they don't deal with my medical issue. Wasted 90 minutes of my time and was left with no advice.

    I filed a claim on July 6. They asked for 3 additional documents (2 of which I already supplied) on July 11, 2022, which I supplied and got confirmation they were sent (including the two I had already provided) on that day. Today is July 16th and as I had not heard from them I checked the dashboard and didn't see the additional documents so I uploaded them again.

    I have no idea when this case will be resolved. There is little to no correspondence and their dashboard is lacking in status.

    There are no personnel to answer questions via phone for claim questions…. This is a major impediment to filing a claim if someone has questions about the process or any issues that come up.

    Waste of time. In filing a claim, they required all original receipts, which is not possible. Many of the items in my bag were gifts, and others were several years old and had no receipts.

    When you lose 800.00 because is an airline bankruptcy your 1500.00 insurance policy should cover that loss.
