The representative called me and told what additional information they needed. I emailed the documentation. The next call I got a few days later informed me that they had approved the full amount of my claim and asked whether I wanted a check mailed or some sort of electronic transfer. The representative was both friendly and professional.

I was hospitalized due to injury after an accident on June 1-2 and the cardiologist said I must wear a heart monitor for two weeks and while wearing the device I could not fly. I therefore was told I would miss my June 4th flight to Paris. The insurance denied my claim since my hospitalization was a couple days before. The start of my vacation. This makes no sense since the doctor said I could not fly until the heart monitor was removed . Antony Bradley
