Hurricane ruined our plans. Claim was efficiently closed, even after some additional paperwork needed. Will consider using this product again. Made it easier to pivot to a backup.

This is the most frustrating, enfuriating experience. It is near impossible to get someone on the phone. We purchased a travel insurance plan only to be told it is denied because of one thing or another. We are being asked to file against our home owners insurance, only to have the deductible which is more than the payout on the claim deducted from the total due. We purchased travel insurance to cover our losses if we did indeed incur any loss.

I received my claim payment in 2 days after submitting TONS of paperwork. The claim process requires proof of payments with receipts, CC statements & bank statements. I submitted a cover sheet showing each item I needed to be reimbursed for. I was surprised how fast I received my refund. I would use this insurance group again.
