they made the claim easy to file and payment was very quick.
Generali Global website was very hard to maneuver when trying to find details about coverage. The cruise I was going on wanted proof of covid 19 coverage but I could not get the proper paperwork with ant details about it. They kept sending me a document that was incorrect.

Insurance failed to cover for lost luggage and non responsive to my claim. I have not closed claim and intend to pursue them with attorney general office.

Overall i felt safer traveling with insurance. I Had to contact them for a question on proof of coverage and information was provided promptly.

Overall it was a smooth experience taking out travel insurance with Generali Global Assistance before our trip.
During our travels we needed medical assistance and the clinic we were at called Generali and they were given immediate help in listing our particular circumstance. We have only just returned home and have not yet filled a claim. To date we are happy with the service we have received.
