Unfortunately, the claims process can take some time, as our regulatory laws require a number of reviews and required documentation. Under normal circumstance, the process can take up to 30 days. This timeline may be extended due to the current volume we are experiencing but I can assure you we are working diligently to process all claims promptly.
I have no problem with the insirance I have purchased very affordable and the service is good. Next time I will travel I will still get the same insursnce..
Can’t reach anyone on the phone and web site won’t let you in again after initial password setup. Rep told me to try another email. I don’t have another email.

I had both eyes red, and swollen upper and lower eyelids. My vision was blurry and l was tearing excessively. I went to a clinic in Manila, saw a doctor, got an antibiotic eye drops prescription, and filled it at a drug store. The medical clinic called Square Mouth, but they denied my Claim.

My interaction was post not pre cruise so forcing me to answer that query makes no sense.
My March 2022 travel to Chile required a number of steps to complete their Covid protocols. One requirement was an insurance policy that specifically covered Covid health issues while in Chile should it occur.. SquareMouth Travel Insurance easily provided a list of insurance providers online that would cover me for just a ten day trip . I scrolled through the choices and picked Generali Global Assistance based on price and meeting Chile's minimums. Filled out the application and charged the amount on a credit card for two which was pretty easy considering my elderly background. Even asked their customer service through email to specifically mention Covid in a letter as part of the health coverage and that was done almost immediately. My fellow travelers also used the site and were satisfied as was I. Considering my trepidations about filling out applications online and the usual frustrations, I was quite pleased with the outcome.
We had a flight cancelled on our return trip. I had used the wrong trip ending date on the application so they did not have to pay for the extra expenses. They paid anyway, and the process was simple and the refund was fast.
Interaction with representative was great. We will certainly consider Generali Global for our next trip.
It's been great! Unfortunately I had covid the day before my trip. So I had to cancel that trip. And now I have to proceed with filing a claim of what wasn't refundable. Thank you!
