    Luckily we had no medical issues during our week visiting family in Canada. (We had a close call last time, and having the coverage gave us peace of mind!)

    Way too expensive for only 16 days. Only wanted covid insurance to be able to enter the Philippines. All the other coverage was duplication or triplication of insurance I already had.
    Glad though I never had to use it.
    Partial refund will be accepted.

    So far it’s been easy to follow my flight got canceled and they were only able to get new flight for me 13 days later so I was told to file a claim when I get back home but so my everything has been great

    Have not received a reply to my claim after I have submitted all receipts for medical expenses.
    This is not satisfactory and must be addressed.My claim number is:. 22017648-01. Please expedite prompt reimbursement for my claim.

Unfortunately, the claims process can take some time, as our regulatory laws require a number of reviews and required documentation. Under normal circumstance, the process can take up to 30 days. This timeline may be extended due to the current volume we are experiencing but I can assure you we are working diligently to process all claims promptly.

    I have no problem with the insirance I have purchased very affordable and the service is good. Next time I will travel I will still get the same insursnce..

    After resolving website issues where it wouldn't let me sign in subsequent to first sign-in, the claim was handled smoothly and in a timely manner.

    I had both eyes red, and swollen upper and lower eyelids. My vision was blurry and l was tearing excessively. I went to a clinic in Manila, saw a doctor, got an antibiotic eye drops prescription, and filled it at a drug store. The medical clinic called Square Mouth, but they denied my Claim.

    When l was sick in Manila, this bogus medical insurance rejected my claim. What's the point of buying insurance if it is worthless?
