Hi. We filed a claim and was denied and was advised to contact our state. Our reason for cancellation was no fault on our behalf. There was a shut sound at the Embassy of Ghana in DC, due to a scandal which led to a delay in the return of our passport with the required visa. That was a grey line and we should have received a refund.

The plan is unfortunately unable to provide coverage for every event that might cause you to cancel. The representative called me and told what additional information they needed. I emailed the documentation. The next call I got a few days later informed me that they had approved the full amount of my claim and asked whether I wanted a check mailed or some sort of electronic transfer. The representative was both friendly and professional.
