Found the squaremouth customer reps to be very knowledgeable about the product range and could quickly answer questions about specific features / coverages i was interested in. They were instrumental in helping me to narrow down the selection of carriers that would fit my needs. When the questions became too specific the referred me to the carrier for further discussion which was fine. Never did the squremouth rep push me to make a decision and purchase a policy.
I had two interactions with 2 different Generali reps. The first interaction deserves a 3 star rating and the other a 5 star rating. The difference being in the specificity of the answer i got and my comfort level that a particular issue was or was not covered.
My claim is still in progress unable to comment at this time..but satisfied with the coverage.

Processing of my claim was prompt and the representative was very professional.
I filed a claim for a stolen item and am awaiting contact from a claims rep...now waiting 9 days to hear from rep so I have to suspend judgment on customer service

Claim was handled easily
i ended up with both of my parents in the ER at the same time. Your customer service rep was very helpful and sent over the claim forms immediately. As soon as i get the completed paperwork from the doctors office, i will submit my claim.
