I was very pleased with the service by Squaremouth. I am living in Italy and most companies would only insure us from our home in the USA to Egypt which we were visiting for only 12 days. Squaremouth gave us various options including a policy which would cover us for only the roundtrip from Italy to Egypt which was required by our tour company. Customer service was always available and helpful.

I am upset that Globali exception team did not cancel my policy despite my suggestion to hold the funds for policies I will be getting for 2019 travel. Reason for my request was that I had another policy that I had forgotten about. I made the cancellation request just a few days outside the look-back period, during the holiday season. I feel Globali should have accepted my request. Now that they did not, they gained a few $$s but lost a future customer. I will not at all consider Globali for my furture travel needs!

Our riverboat trip was cancelled due to a drought in Germany and Austria. We received a full refund for the cruise and the air flight cost. I have called you twice for a refund for the cost of your insurance and sent you printed copies to verify our refunds as you requested. I would appreciate a response from your company.

Tried calling and sent an email but never got a reply. Since I have been home I tried to submit a form on line but their online form could not be submitted. Did a chat with one of their representatives and she suggested to use another browser to submit form. I tried both Safari and Microsoft Edge and neither browser has allowed me to submit form. I can fill it out and double checked to see if any red lines appeared to indicate required information was filled out properly. But everything is properly filled out but cannot submit form. Definitely a one star performance. I will not use them again.

I filed my claim on January 5, and submitted my supporting documentation on January 9. I was notified on January 17 that my claim was approved for the full amount. Within 7 Business days we received our check. Our claim was due to our flight being canceled and it included one extra night for the hotel and a meal for the additional day required to complete our trip.
I had an big issue with wind damage to my rental car. They asked for documentation and I sent it all off. They were extremely prompt with everything and took care of the claim. This is the company you want to insure yourself with. I was so impressed with them. For someone who travels a lot it's worth it's weight in gold to have a company stand by you.
I appreciated the price. Since I had no claim I cantvreallybratevanythingvrlde. My hope is that the service would be excellent.
We had to leave the following day after our return for an unrelated trip so will be filing our claim after we return next week.
Trip itinerary was drastically altered and we had the option to cancel with refund, which we chose to do.
