    I was allowed to purchase a larger full travel policy after I had made a mistake on the date I was covered for. Although I ended up not needing any insurance coverage I appreciated being able to get what I thought I might need before the trip. Thank you. Mary Bures

    The rep assigned to me for my case was very unresponsive. Never called me back or gave me updaters on my claim. Not a good expereince

    Had to cancel trip a few short hours before we were scheduled to fly out. Our daughter unexpectedly went into pre-term labor. She delivered our grandchild 6 weeks early.

    When I called I was informed that "normal" pregnancy was excluded in our plan. Not sure delivering 6 weeks early is normal but it's whatever now. We're out the money & there is nothing we can do.

    I spoke to your rep because I was not comfortable with the basic coverage I paid for through my tour group. After speaking to your rep, I decided to go with additional coverage. The next time I travel I’ll go directly to you because you offer more coverage for a reasonable charge.

    I have used your company for several years and I’m always very happy with the results. The only problem I seem to have is using your website To find the best policy for my trip. It would be nice if I could just look at my previous one and book the same thing, but the policies change every time. I end up calling your company to compare policies and make sure I have the proper coverage.
