Many Generali customers appreciate the fast and easy online claims process, with many highlighting how quickly they receive reimbursement. However, some customers find the claims portal and the provider’s automated phone system difficult to navigate.
Apart from some difficulties getting a translation of a foreign medical report, the claim was handled expeditiously and courteously.
I sent an email to the insurer to find out how to file a claim. Do they have a form? Can do online? I sent it to the address they provided. They never replied. For that reason I have not yet filed my claim.

Had a question about coverage if my mother died before the trip. Customer service was helpful and sent me a form if I would need to apply for coverage. Customer service was very helpful.
Our claim was settled approximately one week after it was submitted to Generali.
