    I missed my cruise and hotel stay due to an a northeastern storm. I submitted a claim and was issued a full refund without any issues. Will definitely use this company again.

    My situation does not fit well in to your yes/no format. The shoulder strap on my luggage was severed during the time it was a checked bag. I interacted with Delta since I had their insurance as well and they did the damage. A replacement strap is $30, but they want me to send in the damaged strap and say they can "repair" it. I considered this a patch job and contacted CSA for information on filing a claim based on the coverage I purchased. The agent was very easy to work with and sent me the necessary forms by email immediately. What was never pointed out (and I do not see it explained in the policy itself) to me was that I need to provide info about the disposition of my claim with the carrier and then my homeowner's insurer's disposition. For a $30 claim this is unacceptable. I will send the strap to the airline for "repair" but expect to pursue a claim further with CSA if not satisfied.
    Where in the policy does it say CSA will be #3 on the list for a claim?
    I have a CSA policy already purchased for an upcoming trip in May, but you can be sure it's the last time I consider taking out such a policy with you.

    Contact was direct and informative. Claim is in the mail and waiting follow through from CSA. Major problem was due to airline canselation and late flights from total cancellation and delays of one to five hours late causing missed flights and delays .

    Well, for several years I used seven corners. Several trips to Europe and south America. The customer service, at best, was inconsistent. At worst unacceptable. I filed a claim for delayed flight out if Bogotá. Well, they jerked and jerked this 74 year old veteran around. It was disgusting and disgraceful. I'm still not at all satisfied with the result. They suck. Which brings me to you. I must say the folks at square mouth are pretty wonderful. I've used them/you twice. Thats it P.S. I cautioned seven corners to absolutely never get into a verbal food fight with a customer. But they didn't listen.
