Glad we had coverage as I broke my collarbone skiing in Canada and we had to go to Emergency and return home early. It was confusing when I called about filing a claim as I needed to go through some other division. Now, I have to wait for evidence from USA carriers stating I had no other/out-of-county coverage before I can prepare the forms and file the claim. Seems like it's going to take some time. I trust that CSA will cover in-covered medical/doctor/Rx expenses, and trip interruption.

My wife was unable to go because of doctor's orders. When I called the insurance, they said it would not cover the trip. I went anyway, but lost $4500 for what I paid for my wife's trip.
Insurance companies have a way of wiggling out of every case.
I've purchased CSA Travel Protection before and it's always easy and straightforward. The agent is very helpful and explains everything and doesn't try to oversell. I did have to use it once due to a death in the family and they were so easy to work with and took wonderful care of me. Fortunately, I've not have to used it other times but have been able to enjoy my trip with the comfort of knowing it was there if I did need it.

Policy had to be cancelled due to illness of family member weeks before travel In contact with CSA to hopefully get insurance payment refunded. So far interaction has been OK, but not yet settled.

24 Hour Travel Protection people were called upon checking in at local medical clinic while on vacation for severe gastrointestinal infection. We've only recently returned from our trip and intend to file claim with Medicare which I understand is the first step before filing claim with CSA. The Travel Protection team has been very helpful to date and we would most definitely recommend Squaremouth to other travelers searching for a travel protection plan.
