Well, you were very highly recommended on line. Previously, for my foreign Holliday's I had used seven corners as my carrier. While the customer service levels had been inconsistent, I don't like change, so I continued to use them. However, on my last trip to South America I had a,delay of flight for over 5 hours, so filed a claim seven corners claims gave me very poor service. Very unhappy with them, which brought me to you. I did not need the CSA travel insurance policy until after my return flight home when I called their customer service to file a claim for travel delay and was told no claim was possible. My original flight to Houston was from Basel, Switzerland to Paris on HOP, a regional carrier for Air France. It was delayed for two hours for mechanical problems, causing me to miss my Delta connection from Paris to Houston, where I was scheduled to arrive at 2 PM on 10/28/17. Because they caused me to miss the flight I was re-booked from Paris to Chicago, then from Chicago to Houston, and I arrived at 11 PM on 10/28/17. CSA told me that I could not file a claim for flight delay, despite spending hours in Charles de Gaulle airport, plus more time in O'Hare, resulting in a 9 hour delay in my arrival home. CSA, despite claiming to offer coverage for travel delays of more than 6 hours, did nothing to help. I would not recommend their service to any other traveler.

While our plans are unable to provide payment for general trip inconvenience, we never discourage our customers from filing claims if you incurred additional expenses and wish to seek reimbursement. I chose your company because of the policies you offered versus other companies.
However, I can tell you that each time I called- and no matter whom I spoke, they were not enthusiastic, very monotone and could have represented your company better, versus some of the enthusiastic positive customer service reps from the 2 other companies I called.
However, they were helpful with needed information.

Customer service(I do believe her name was Brittan)was excellent...she answered all my inquiries, explained the benefits and made the whole process extremely easy(first time purchasing travel insurance). I actually had the please of dealing with her a few times as there was a little glitch in the electronic purchasing which she handled and made me feel at ease that everything was handled...all at a great price!!

THIS IS TOTALLY NON-CONFIDENCE INSPIRING!! I cancelled the policy application the day after applying for it. If this is indicative of your claim processing process, you stink. Synchronize your computer systems!!!!!!!!!
