    You have a good policy here but the logistics over what will be a small claim of 58 euros is not good. By that I mean I bought one policy and then when making the Claim there are suddenly two separate groups, those dealing with the sickness and those dealing with the payout. You should have one person designated who will take you through both processes and not have it feel as though you have 2 separate claims. You don't know where one group ends and the other begins and you have to explain all the details a second time.

    Our trip was, for us, a considerable investment, so we felt that insurance was necessary for our peace of mind. Everything went well, so, happily, we didn't need to make a claim.
    What I would suggest is, like some insurance companies, if a person did not need to make a claim, they could get back a small rebate? Just sayin'.

The information on your website was helpful and well organized for fining the right plan, and then I appreciated the opportunity to discuss our choice briefly with customer service.     I missed my cruise and hotel stay due to an a northeastern storm. I submitted a claim and was issued a full refund without any issues. Will definitely use this company again.
