Customer service(I do believe her name was Brittan)was excellent...she answered all my inquiries, explained the benefits and made the whole process extremely easy(first time purchasing travel insurance). I actually had the please of dealing with her a few times as there was a little glitch in the electronic purchasing which she handled and made me feel at ease that everything was handled...all at a great price!!

THIS IS TOTALLY NON-CONFIDENCE INSPIRING!! I cancelled the policy application the day after applying for it. If this is indicative of your claim processing process, you stink. Synchronize your computer systems!!!!!!!!!

Arranging the policy went smoothly. I had a few questions that were answered satisfactorily. I didn't need to use the policy, but it released me from some disquiet since I was traveling differently from my other travels over the years.

I had some questions about the various insurance offered. The person I spoke to was very helpful. I have recommended your company to two of my friends who have purchased coverage for our next trip with you. So far we have not had to make a claim. May our luck continue.

I was able to easily apply for the coverage on line. With respect to in-trip contact, I injured my foot during my trip and sought medical attention. I subsequently contacted customer service to advise them of the incident and the actions I had taken. The individual with whom I spoke was helpful in telling me what course of action I needed to take, and arranged to have claim forms forwarded to me.
