After having to cancel a trip we filed our claim with CSA Travel Insurance. They were quick to respond and handled our claim in a very acceptable manner. I would buy insurance from them again.

Very well done, would use Squaremouth and CSA again. One of the insureds traveling with us had a medical issue and called for assistance. The response, ultimately, resulted in an unavailable medical personnel on a weekend in Italy but the issue resolved itself and was not an emergency. CSA quickly responded and spent some time on the telephone looking for alternatives all of which was appreciated.

I will file a 120 Euro claim this afternoon and look forward to your response to it.

Had no medical problems so didn't need to interact with CSA Travel Protection

After my contact with CSA I got claim forms next day. Very easy to fill up and submit forms with all receipts attached. All contacts over email no papers. Processing took about 3-4 business day and check in my post box. Great service.
