The agent looked for the policy to fit my needs ad nothing extra
I felt that the price was very reasonable based on the amount of protection provided. I would definitely use the company again in the future.
It was easy to enroll and economical. Although I didn't file a claim, I was satisfied with the protection indicated on the policy. Thank you!
I bought the protection in case there was a crazy storm and happily there were no issues. Phew! The trip was awesome!
The claim we filed with CSA was processed very quickly but there is a considerable amount of time needed to get the necessary response from our primary insurance to file the claim. As long as you provide exactly what CSA requires the claim will go smoothly. Read the claim requirements carefully.
Policy was easy to obtain and very affordable. I had to file a claim due to the winter storm that affected my area, so we'll see how the claims process is.
The follow up communication was very poor and slow. I didn't know if my claim was received. How long it would take to review, etc. also, the exchange rate used was the day of the check and not the day of our travel incident.
Our trip was interrupted with the death of my wife's mother. I have called CSA twice but have not received a return call. Downloaded a claim form. Not able to file claim due to lack death certificate. As soon as that is available I will be filing a claim.
Luckily nothing went wrong so I did not have to use the insu ance. It did, however, ease my mind to know that I had some recourse IF something did go wrong.
Well priced for the coverage. The test, of course, would be if we had to file a claim.
