I was looking for good reviews and ease of purchase/claims. Customs ratings were key to my decision. My experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling

CSA is absolutely five star when it comes to handling a claim. We experienced an air travel delay that resulted in forfeited hotel stays and private transfers and even an excursion.

I simply followed the instructions avail on line from CSA and submitted all the req'd documentation by email. I was completely, but happily shocked to receive their confirmation and acceptance of my claim so rapidly. I filed it 8:46 am on Friday and rec'vd their approval at 3:31pm on Monday. And the check will be in the mail within 3 business days. What's not to love about CSA!! They rock the travel world!

The policy is very competitively priced and has excellent coverage.

I don't understand how I can rate you when I don't have a claim to file.

Getting the insurance was a breeze. No claim, so no info on that.

Trip went smoothly, did not need to file a claim.
