They said I have to take care of this online not possible I don’t have anything that shows it was canceled I do have the flight information for the one I had to book plus a charge slip for the uber. I was pleased with customer service on explaining to me how the medical look back coverage works, which was not documented as such.
I have chosen policies in the past from Generali because the coverage amounts it protects me for, and cost. I can't speak on how they handle claims because I haven't submitted any claims so far, and hope that I don't have to, but if I do I think that they will do right for me.

The shifting (increased from 3 to 6 months) lookback period on pre-existing conditions during the week I was shopping was disturbing; fortunately, it wasn't a problem. Customer service wait time was short. Best price/value Did not file claim.
