No problem during trip which is always good.

After purchasing coverage online, we received a completed policy prior to departure via US mail. The policy was easy to read and understand. The cost of coverage provided great value for the trip insurance we needed.

I did not need to file a claim. Therefor the answer to questions two and three is not applicable.

We did not have a claim so it would be presumptuous to give them an evaluation.

This policy was exactly what we needed for our cruise travel, without having to purchase unnecessary or duplicative coverage. The policy information recieved was clear and complete. I would definitely use them again for emergency medical travel insurance outside of the USA.

Policy was easy to acquire, price competitive, and, since no claim was filed, a complete success.

We did not have to claim for anything this time, but the last time we travelled, we did and it was no sweat.
