I did a lot of comparison shopping and through Squaremouth got a very good deal on the kind of travel insurance I needed. Recommended it to two sisters who were also going to abroad.

Hard to comment on the carrier. It is only as good as its claim payment and we did not have any. But I am VERY happy with their pre-ex coverage system

Rather routine set up of insurance. We had to add an extra day due to change by airline that made travel one day longer. We were charged a bit extra.

When I reviewed the policy, I noticed it did not cover incidents of thefts, independent of baggage. I was a victim of pick pocketing on the metro; fortunately, I only lost 30 euro and $17. Since I paid for insurance, I wonder why it does not include coverage for pick pocketing. ???

We do not need to process a claim for our most recent trip. However, we did for a past trip. Great insurance company. Very helpful service reps, help me process our claim easily and effectively. Great company with whom to do business.
