    The trip was cancelled due to N/E Snow Storm

    Claim Process
    I received 100% of my trip's expenses back from Orbitz and CSA due to the snow storm. I did not submit a claim because All monies were refunded.

    Other than an email from the carrier with the required documentation attached, I had no communication with carrier. Difficult to rate custoemr service.

    This is a great policy if you want piece of mind. We always acquire insurance when we go on cruises just because of medical expenses outside country, lost luggage or missed flights etc... So highly recommend this insurance.

    I needed to file a claim through the same company/policy type on my previous trip and I was so pleased with the way they handled that claim I purchased the insurance again for this trip and will again for all trips in the future!
