This is a great policy if you want piece of mind. We always acquire insurance when we go on cruises just because of medical expenses outside country, lost luggage or missed flights etc... So highly recommend this insurance.

I faxed them the claim on Dec 27 and have hard nothing from them. I called and left word, but I have still heard nothing.

I needed to file a claim through the same company/policy type on my previous trip and I was so pleased with the way they handled that claim I purchased the insurance again for this trip and will again for all trips in the future!
