Everything was fine. It was an easy purchase and the terms seemed great. I had no issues that would require claim service during the trip, so it is hard to rate some of these factors.

Policy documents were emailed promptly upon purchase at squaremouth. We had no reason to interact with agents of the company, so quick receipt of the policy documentation was the extent of "customer service."
