    The staff at Squearmouth are well versed in the policies.
    They are very helpful and cheerful and genuinely seem interested in helping their customers.

    Before Trip
    I've been using Squaremouth affair years and have been pleased with my experience every time. The service is very efficient and very thorough.

    During Trip
    I did not use the emergency help line or customer service.

    Claim Process
    I did not make a claim. (I'm on my iPad—did my selection of "no" not register when I responded to the email's question of whether or not I would make a claim?)

    Overall, very satisfied with support provided in decisions related to our travel insurance purchase and the coverages provided by the policy..

    During Trip
    We experienced no issues that would have required us to contact the carrier over the duration of our trip.

    Claim Process
    We made no claims against the policy we purchased but rate our experience in the research and purchase of appropriate coverages as 'highly satisfied'.
