Claim form was easy to complete and payment was immediate.
Helpful and quick phone support. Could not get through the online security verification step to have the claim sent to our bank versus a check. The check did just arrive in the timeframe indicated.

So we missed our connecting flight due to a delay spending 40 mins on the tarmac. My husband is disabled and we had paid for extra leg room as he is 6’6”. We paid $400 for the extra leg room. And missed the connecting flight.
They put us on the next flight, however, we didn’t get economy plus and extra leg room. So I filed a claim, however, unfortunately our claim was denied stating that flight delay is not covered.
Extremely disappointed and the reason we bought insurance is for any flight delays.
Started policy w incorrect dates and also added another traveler to the plan with customer service. They were easy to work with and made the changes without a hassle. I intend to file a claim for some emergency medical attention received on the trip and hope it will be as easy.
Claim was easy and straightforward to complete. Payment came very soon after filing. I will buy from SquareMouth in the future.
I made a small claim after the trip. The claim was approved in one day and I was notified to select payment method within three days to receive the claim payment. After selecting Zelle on day 1, the system was not able to verify my ID. I tried to contact the claims department via email regarding this issue but did not receive any feedback and the countdown continued. After day 3, the system said "Since you have not made a valid payment method selection within the last 3 days, you will receive your payment via CHECK.". It's good that the claims department notified me of the check issuance next day and the check was received in another 2 days.
All in all, the claims process was fast. I just wish that Generali Global Assistance could ensure their payment options work for the other clients.

Personnel courteous and informative
After choosing this policy I found that the cruise line policy would have been cheaper to purchase. I called you with the intention of buying an annual policy which I have been doing for several years now and was told that since I’m 76 years old that I’m to old to insure for an annual policy. Of course I think that’s discrimination since I’m in excellent health and have never filed a claim in all my travels.
