    Before Trip
    Standard procedure. Nothing unusual. I purchased extra $500,000 protection from the parking company, for 2 bucks.

    During Trip
    There were no emergencies or calls.

    The fact, that the company was fro San Diego, was re-assuring.

    Everything was fine. It was an easy purchase and the terms seemed great. I had no issues that would require claim service during the trip, so it is hard to rate some of these factors.

    Didn't need to contact them at all so can't rate these factors
