    Before Trip
    Policy arrived with names and addresses transposed. Correction was promised after one call to the carrier - but no confirmation was rec'd. A second call and long waits were required before it was straightened out.

    Price was the most reasonable. Good coverage. Quick email response sending plan upon purchase. Clear instructions as to how to handle / who to contact in case a claim was necessary.

    Fortunately, did not need to have contact with carrier during trip.
