Thankfully we didn't need to contact the insurance carrier.

Before Trip
Policy arrived with names and addresses transposed. Correction was promised after one call to the carrier - but no confirmation was rec'd. A second call and long waits were required before it was straightened out.

During Trip
Though initial quick response I was not satisfied with the time lapse in follow up correspondence.
