    Before Trip
    Contact was minimal, since I just ordered the policy on line, spoke to no one, and waited for the confirmation. Nothing went wrong--that's a plus.

    During Trip
    Nothing occurred during the trip that would need insurance assistance. We were delighted to have the coverage--it gave us peace of mind--but didn't need it in the end. So none of these iteams apply.

    We never needed to make a claim, so this is non-applicable.
