On our return we missed our second flight because our first flight was delayed. SAS covered most expenses including our overnight. I filed for one meal. I scanned the required documents and submitted the claim by e-mail. I have not received an e-mail confirmation that the claim was received and am awaiting satisfaction.

I have yet submitted a claim. My husband (james) suffered a stoke while onboard our ship. He spent 9 days in a hospital in the Azores and we were sent home via an air ambulance. He is currently in a rehab hospital in SC. I am in the process of gathering info for the claim.
