I called the hotline to report lost baggage and to ask for assistance. I was charged $203.00 for those calls by my hotel.
I actually called to report a trip delay because of the blizzard in New York and a second time to report lost luggage.
The customer relations persons I spoke to were polite and tried to be helpful.
