    Before Trip
    I finally realized that I had to print the policy information from the internet. Anyone not internet savvy may not know what they had purchased.

    During Trip
    We did not use the services during the trip. I don't know how I would have contacted your company during the trip since my cell phone would not work in New Zealand.

    Website was easy to use. Very clear information on what was covered and what was not. Very cost effective.

    Since I didn't use the insurance carrier during my trip, I have no comments to make.

    I was especially impressed by your customer reps' willingness to explain the various options and make valid suggestions, based on my needs, as to the best policies to consider. I also really appreciated their patience!

    Before Trip
    No contact prior to trip other than computer generated mass e-mails. If that is Customer Service in this case, I would say the service was fine.

    During Trip
    Travelled overseas. Due to the time difference, there was only a 'claims service' phone serice available. The claim number they gave me ended up being totally incorrect and not usable.

    Claim Process
    We have used CSA for approximately a dozen policies as we travel. This is the first time we have had to make a claim. If this is the process that they use to settle claims, we will not be using them again. EXTREMELY SLOW PROCESS.

    Before Trip
    Really no relationship w/ company until return when I tele'd to see if I would be covered for an event. Agent said yes but then I decided not to pursue. Entire (claim)expense was $145 so not worth filing a claim.

    Don't have any, got into car, drove to car park, they took
    us to bus, bus to ship. Nothing to do with insurance.
    Came home with a sinus infection, took a z-pack, no claims.

    SquareMouth is the best way to buy travel insurance and I can't imagine doing it any other way. We always use SquareMouth.
