No contact prior to trip other than computer generated mass e-mails. If that is Customer Service in this case, I would say the service was fine.

Travelled overseas. Due to the time difference, there was only a 'claims service' phone serice available. The claim number they gave me ended up being totally incorrect and not usable.
Claim Process
We have used CSA for approximately a dozen policies as we travel. This is the first time we have had to make a claim. If this is the process that they use to settle claims, we will not be using them again. EXTREMELY SLOW PROCESS.

Really no relationship w/ company until return when I tele'd to see if I would be covered for an event. Agent said yes but then I decided not to pursue. Entire (claim)expense was $145 so not worth filing a claim.
