    Didn't actually ever speak to anyone everything was handled over the internet so it is a little difficult to really get a sense of the customer service

    did not need any service, all documents were sent timley via e-mail

    No claim filed, But felt security while waiting for our buss at 7:00 am to take us to the train at 9:30 amto take us to our plane !2:30 Pm the next day , knowing if somehow any one of the carriers was delayed we had the travel protection plan as a back up.

    Did not make a claim. The need for the insurance was slim; however, I felt it might be needed due to age and circumstances. It would be nice if costs were a bit lower.
