    Before Trip
    We were somewhat disappointed by the overall high price of the policy. However, that said we were happy that the policy covered pre existing conditions.

    We did not have to use the emergency Help hotline during our trip.

    Before Trip
    Your rates were the best for what you offered and I recommended you to my two traveling companions. The only suggestion I would make is to let the customer know that rates go up the closer to the travel date. When I first inquired about the policy and when I purchased it the cost went up $60. I purchased it well in advance but had I known by waiting a little longer the cost would increase, I would have purchased it on the first inquiry; otherwise I will use you again as the policy provisions and cost were excellent
