    During Trip
    I was unable to make the trip. I was concerned that they would put me through hoops to receive my refund but, fortunately, that was not the case. CSA confirmed everything I told them and there was no problem. I will use them again.

    It was professionally handled without any upsets. I would use them again.

    Online Info supplied through Squaremouth and from the selected insurance carrier was great. I did not have to personally contact anyone.

    During Trip
    Fortunately, I did not need any help or claim so I can't shed any light on claim service.

    Before Trip
    We nevewr took this trip , it had to be cancelled for medical reasons, and I was told there would be no refund even although it was cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure. There will be no further trips, also due to medical reasons. I was disappointed I had to pay for insurance for nothing.

    Again, we did not take the trip, but paid for insurance for nothing

    Went with you because you did my claim so well a year ago.

    During Trip
    Gave out your name to a few people on our trip to Costa Rica, since they were paying outrageous amounts per day for insurance.
