Actually, I did not make a claim. The issue was with the rental car, which I did not insure through you (it was covered under my own auto policy).

To be honest, this will greatly influence my interest in purchasing travel insurance going forward.

“Generali Global Assistance policy: PreferredIt has been a joke in trying to get reimbursed. I had a stroke the first of July and we have still not been compensated. The hotel was terrible in assisting us as well as your insurance companies. I will certainly never use you again.
