Claimed filed with all the documents downloaded that we assumed were needed for our claim. Quite a bit of time was needed to secure the forms, especially from the airline. Just received an email asking for basically the same forms we submitted. Attempted to call the 800 number listed to inquire about whta exactly we are missing and was put on the call back list. It has been approximately 24 hours and we have not recieved a call back. I called ahgain this Am and again, am still waiting for a call. Very frustrating!!

Hello. I had a trip interruption. My husband of 35 years passed away unexpectedly. I filed a claim with generali and submitted the paperwork last week and am awaiting a review and decision on the claim. I received an email saying they received the claim. So far everything has been online and I did not speak to any reps. When I made my emergency flight arrangements i went thru the travel agent that I used to book the trip.

While in Spain my heart medicine was lost/stolen? After visiting 3 pharmacies I was finally able to purchase the medicine (prescription in the USA), the cost was 89.60 euros. I sent a photo of the receipt and medicine to Generali Global Assistance. I was given an incident # 23001091748 from an email on 9/29/23.
I have called 3 times and left messages asking how to proceed, no answer. I have sent 2 emails, again no response. Please have someone contact me ASAP. My tel# 518 863 4034.

some of what they ask for is ridiculous. We filed a claim for delayed luggage ( 3days) and damaged luggage. They wanted proof of travel as if a baggage claim was not enough. Stupid

I feel that my claim was handled fine, but my son filed a separate claim which he submitted prior to my submitting my claim and his clam is yet to be resolved.
I am very disappointed in customer service. I got the link to the form to fill out and did that. Tried to download various documentation. Can’t figure it out, and my computer stalled trying to download it. Have called two different times to get help, but the automated system doesn’t allow you to talk to anyone. I have a few questions, but it’s useless. I have always bought travel insurance and never once made a claim on it. This is a small claim, but never the less, it is one without a doubt that is travel delay. Some personal assistance would be helpful.
