Lots of documents required for claim but after submission very rapid response. I would wholeheartedly recommend generali to others.

In general I appreciate the work done by General Global Assistance, and I am grateful for their work on bringing me home. However, I found communication between myself and agents too complicated. I wish I could communicate with one agent from the start to the end, while I had to deal with many agent and sometimes send the same documents and answer the same questions several times times .

Seamless! Once the basic formation was provided, the rest went very smoothly. Clear and concise.

Although I did not file a claim, I did call with a question. Customer service was pleasant, helpful, and competent. Purchase on Squaremouth could not be easier.

The purchase of the policy was seamless and Customer Service explained what the policy would cover cancellations due to illness, which was a concern, but didn't happen.

I got very sick with a high fever with cough and shortness of breath and took multiple Covid tests which were negative and definitely had severe flu-like symptoms since it came on so quickly. I was too sick to leave my hotel room and my partner was taking care of me as best he could as he was sick himself. The representative I spoke to from the company was kind and responsive and sent me a claim form which I haven't felt well enough to submit yet and expect that to be forthcoming shortly and just got back to my home in New Jersey late last night
