We did not go on our trip because my elderly mother and my wife’s elderly father were both having significant health issues. We were able to reclaim all of our deposits and get airline credits for the whole trip. I was hoping that Generali would give us a credit to use the premium for a future trip. They made it very difficult and it didn’t happen. We will not use them again.

The website needs to be updated. The “virtual chat” feature is not able to answer simple questions; very frustrating. I called 4 of the customer service numbers and got the same recording that does not allow you to speak with someone. I finally called the Emergency number, even though it was not an emergency; finally spoke with a Generali representative. She was helpful, but not familiar with the process of submitting claims or uploading documents.
Please provide information about what KB and format is acceptable for downloading!!
