Are all the processes filing the claim was relatively easy, just make sure that you have the appropriate documentation backing up what you are claiming. They requested documentation such as a full detailed report from the airline regarding cancellations is not available. Certainly not something typically given out to customers from the airlines. My request about fees regarding time delay for travel were either denied or just ignored. They covered the hotel for the delay, but no other fees were given.
I tried to file a claim, but couldn't get anyone to assist with a few questions. Disconnected several times and just no help. Recovered funds thru the airline. I'll be using my credit card travel insurance from now on.

Processing the claim was easy. I just uploaded my receipts and I was notified about 2 weeks later that my claim was approved. Funds were deposited directly into my checking account.
I had to file a claim for trip interruption. My Tin Leg policy number didn't match what IMG was expecting for a policy number. I called IMG customer service and the representative was polite and very helpful. A courteous and positive attitude was much appreciated.
