Claim is so slow, it have been a month that claim was file, still have not receive my claim yet. Will not purchase IMG insurance in future, highly not recommended.

Canceled my trip before I left due to medical issues and had purchased a cancel for any reason policy. And submitted complete documentation on October 24, including doctors letter and now being November 16 feel receiving determination letter or questions for additional information is taking way too long.
Easy to deal with IMG to increase the travel insurance coverage pre departure.
Claims process so far is good. IMG is very responsive & good at letting me know what documentation they need.
Our flight was delayed for 6 hours and I applied for compensation but nobody got in touch with me, Our flight from Newark NJ to Rome was Flight #UA40 on Oct.20,2025. We were supposed to leave Newark at 5:20 PM for Rome but instead we flew 11 PM. I missed the tour of St. Paul Basilica.. Please reimburse me for my losses.
IMG process our claim expeditiously and smoothly. The process was direct and user friendly. Will definitely use IMG for all our travel needs.
