My interaction with IMG customer service was to change the beginning date of our trip to include a few days of sightseeing in the Northwest, Washington and Oregon, before our Alaska cruise. The representative made the change quickly with the total amount of time on the phone was less than 3 minutes. Great service from IMG.

Claim process ok so far.

DO NOT PURCHASE INURANSE FROM THIS COMPANY IMG/iTravelInsured Choice. They do not pay claims. They have terrible customer, their representatives will lie to you and then they will hide the telephone recordings.
I am now going to sue them in small claims court where i know i will beat them on the terms of their contract.

I am still waiting to hear back from IMG regarding my claim.

We suffered an unexpected health issue that required cancelation of our month-long trip a few days before departure, requiring a claim for the full insurance value. IMG’s web portal was very easy to navigate, we submitted the info, provided the additional info they requested, and had our claim fully processed and paid within a week with zero hassle. Every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you IMG. We have already purchased another policy through Squaremouth with IMG for another trip.

Customer service answered all my questions making purchasing plan smooth and seamless. We did not make a claim but having the insurance was reassuring.

I purchased insurance for my son Paul Martin and his wife Jude Franklin

Filed claim, no response for a month. Called in, they were not very helpful, and had not assigned a claims officer yet, though they said they were supposed to do so within 15 business days. Still no movement on a month old claim.
