As I made our insurance arrangements through the internet. Everything went very quickly. The policy was ready to print out within seconds.

As I didn't need to use the policy during our trip. I really didn't give it a second thought. Which is exactly what one want's.

Fortunately. We didn't need to use our trip insurance during our trip. Therefore no claim was made and I'm unable to rate this area.
