IMG customers have noted that the customer service is attentive both before and during their trips, especially when they need to modify their policies.     This was such a valuable service for a "poor" college student. The price was right and it was so easily done.

    During Trip
    I didn't have to make a claim, but I had peace of mind just knowing I was covered.
