Honestly I believe you really helped me with my claim. It speeded up the process. I got the money I claimed. Now after I got home I deposited their check. Now I also got reimbursed only partially from my Healthins which did not reimburse me for the total amount. I have not deposited their check but contacted IMG! I talked to some one she said I could send the check from the insurance back to them. That’s all. Today I got a response from IMG that the claim department will contact me. Not sure what to do

I was diagnosed with Covid a day before my departure. I filed a claim with the carrier together with official documentation of my diagnosis from a physician. The claim was denied with the explanation that this was a preexisting condition! What? How is this possible? They also did not refund my premium. A total scam!
