On Saturday, December 6, I had flu symptoms. I went to the concierge at my hotel and they said they could call a doctor to come examine me for $400 cash. I couldn’t afford that amount, I tried to contact IMG, it was impossible to reach them by phone, I sent a message asking if that service would be reimbursed. Noted that I was flying out at 5:30 AM on the seventh. I got no response until Thursday. December 11 after I had already returned home. I did have the flu. I flew home on the seventh with the flu, and no medication. On December 11 I got an email from them giving me a case number if I wanted to file a claim. Horrible customer service, horrible response time, I was sick in Prague and could not count on my insurance.. I saw my doctor when I got home and she confirmed that I had influenza type A
Easy to setup policy and easy to adjust covered amount.
Easy transaction, customer service helpful when I tried to adjust the coverage. Im glad that I don’t need to use or file a claim though. But peace of mind to have it if in case needed
Our trip was cancelled due to a problems with our freinds passport set to expire in two months, Pnamka required three months. We did not have the extra coverage to et our money back.
IMG arranged for a trip home after my wife's fall in Orlando. She had a broken ankle and the trip arranged on Alaska Airlines did not allow for her foot to be elevated. As a result, she is hospitalized with blood clots in the her lungs. IMG should have arranged for the 7 hour flight (either commercial or non-commercial) so that the foot was elevated the whole time. She has been in the hospital for over a week now and may be there another week.
IMG was responsive in arranging transportation and I am glad that I had a printed copy of the insurance policy and contact number for IMG.
The instructions for the claim process was straight forward, with the option to add pertinent details later that you may have missed.
There is No claim . I would not know what to expect from IMG
I entered the dates wrong and called to correct them. Customer Service made the change without question!
The process was very easy and the agent was very helpful and pleasant.
